Managing Solicitor and founder of Lease and More Law Stuart Lawrence, has over a decade’s experience of residential property law. He has been helping clients buy and sell their homes on a daily basis. Stuart has also become a recognised name in leasehold reform law, developing an expertise in lease extension and collective enfranchisement claims, which has made him a favourite with clients in this often complex and misunderstood area of practice.

Having qualified in 2009, Stuart has worked in a range of law firms, from some of London’s largest and most prestigious, to specialist and boutique. He recently established Lease and More Law in order to provide a focused service with a personable, hands-on approach.

Stuart’s niche specialism in residential property law means that he can give your matter the detailed expertise it requires. He only takes on a transaction when he is sure he can give it the time and attention it requires. When not negotiating for his clients, Stuart is a proud trustee of a homeless charity helping people who have no home.
